THE xPROCESS PLATFORM / xFIELD · xMARK · AGENTS

Your data. Your analytics.Your competitive advantage.

Ask a question in plain language. Our agentic system builds the analysis, scores it against your own annotations, and saves it for your club.It runs on the video and GPS you already have. On our cloud there is no hardware and no install.

Your week, right now01 / 06

Three problems you already
pay to live with.

Time

Coded by hand

Analysts tag matches manually, frame by frame, every week of the season. A coding seat still costs real money and still leaves a person doing the work.

Fragmentation

Three systems, no joins

Video, GPS and coach notes live apart. Nothing answers a question that spans all three at once.

Ownership

Somebody else’s model

Bought tracking data uses definitions you cannot change — and the same numbers are sold to whoever you play next.

What fixes all three

All your match data in one place, and an Agentic Analysis Engine (AAE) that does the analysis for you.

That is the xProcess Platform. It runs on the video, GPS and event data you already have, and on our cloud there is nothing to install. Here is what your analysts can do with it.

Camera viewsUp to four camera views per half or quarter, on one match clock
GPSAttach your GPS export and get a track per athlete
Event feedLoad your tagging feed and align it to the match clock
TranscriptionAttach transcription alongside the video and the GPS
ClocksPut every camera and every feed on one timeline
PeriodsSplit a whole-match file into its halves or quarters
IdentityPut your own player names on tracks, with GPS to assist
ExportTake a dataset out to train somewhere else
DetectionFine-tune player detection on your own footage
Field keypointsTrain the pitch model on your own ground

AnnotationThe model pre-labels, your staff correct
BenchmarksScore every model against work your analysts accepted

xField — all your match data
in one place.

The analysis engine

Not analysis software.
An Agentic Analysis Engine (AAE).

Video, GPS and event data for every match, in one place. Your analysts work with AI agents to build and improve their own analyses, instead of picking from reports somebody else designed.

  • →Up to four camera views per half or quarter, so up to 16 videos per match: whatever you already shoot. One is enough to start
  • →Video, GPS and the event feed together, lined up to the match clock
  • →Analysed at 10 to 30 fps: detection, tracking, pose and field keypoints
  • →What comes out is a saved pipeline, saved to your club's private library, running on next week's match without anyone rebuilding it

xMark — where your club
builds its own models.

xMark detection on a side-camera soccer view: every player, the referee and the ball boxed, with each player placed on the live 2D pitch mapxMARK · DETECTION + 2D MAPSynthetic match frame · runs on your real footage
The model factory

Your ground, your jerseys,
your light.

Your analysis is only as good as the data under it. xMark trains models on your own team, players and ground, not a general model built for another league. A general model loses players when they bunch together and puts the pitch markings in the wrong place. Your numbers still look fine, but they are wrong.

  • →Annotate boxes, keypoints, pose and events, with the model pre-labelling and a person correcting
  • →Fine-tune detection and field-keypoint models on the annotations your club accepted, event-detection models coming soon
  • →Agents do the grind — proposing annotations and running the fine-tunes
  • →Benchmark everything against your own ground truth
Live in beta04 / 06

Our AAE lets you ask in plain language.
Get an analysis you can trust.

No query language, no data science team. An analyst describes what they want measured, and the platform does the rest — then proves the answer against your own annotations before anyone keeps it.

  1. 1
    Ask

Describe what you want measured, in your own words. It reads what your club already holds before proposing anything.

  2. 2
    Build

It builds the analysis and writes up the method in plain words, so you can see exactly what it did.

  3. 3
    Check

Scored against the examples your own analysts accepted, not somebody else’s benchmark.

  4. 4
    Validate

A detailed method report, so your analysts can audit how the analysis was conducted.

  5. 5
    Keep

Saved to your club’s private library. Run it again on any match.

Ask in your own words. What comes back is a report an analyst can take to a coach, with a method document in plain words, scored against your own accepted annotations before anyone kept it.

The kind of thing clubs ask
Load and territory

“Show me each player’s territory this match against their season map, and whose shrank after half time.”

“Who was still hitting top speed in the last ten minutes, and who stopped?”

Shape and pressure

“How compact are we between the lines when they have it, and what changes when 6 goes off?”

“Where do we win it back, how long does it take, and is that where the coaches asked for it?”

Opposition

“How has their kick-in setup changed since round 8, and who moves first?”

“Their 10 drifts wide. Where does he actually operate, and who picks him up when he does?”

Review and recruitment

“Cut the six best and six worst examples of our second-man press, ready for Monday.”

“Against our own squad’s numbers, where would this target player rank?”

Onboarding now05 / 06

We are building it
with clubs, for clubs.

We are bringing clubs onto the beta platform now, set up alongside your analysts rather than handed to them. Every season that runs through it sharpens the models underneath.

  • →Your first models trained on your own footage, with your own staff
  • →A benchmarked pipeline on your own matches inside about thirty days
  • →Last season's footage works — there is no need to wait for a new one

A limited number of foundation partnerships.

A small number of clubs come in as foundation partners — a named contact on the platform team, a say in what gets built next, and preferential pricing for the life of the partnership. Priced per squad, with unlimited analyst seats.

Where this goes

The same platform, with a 3D sensor on your field.

Video gives you pose in the image and position on the ground plan. A sensor on your field will give you joint angles, asymmetry and 3D accuracy that no video pipeline can match. Planned for 2027/2028, it is designed to remove the need for GPS or any wearable sensor, and to feed the same dashboards. Taking one is entirely optional: nothing obliges your club to adopt, trial or migrate to it, now or ever, and clubs that never take one keep the same platform, support and pricing.
